The Rooms
All the rooms have free WIFI internet access.
The towels are supplied and changed 2 times a week while the linen are changed one time a week.
The "Italian breakfast" which includes coffee and milk, bread, butter and jam, a mini muffin and yogurt is included in the price of the room. Those who want the "continental breakfast", which in addition to the Italian one includes eggs or cheeses or cold meats, fresh fruit, orange juice and cereals the price is € 10 per person.
The Visitor Tax, established by the Municipality is € 2 per person per day for the first 7 nights (excluding children up to 14 years of age).
Check-in time is after 3 p.m. and check-out is no later than 11 a.m. of departure day. In case of loss of keys and remote control a refund of € 100 is required.

The Room "Camera Rossa"
The room “Camera Rossa” has a single bed (cm130x190). Its window overlooks the portico and the garden. It has only one external side facing east and for which it is very cool.The room is accessible from an ante-room where there is the wardrobe and the entrance to the private bathroom.
The Room "Camera Verde"
The room “Camera Verde”, is medium in size compared to the other two rooms. The en suite bathroom, recently renovated, is comfortable and spacious. From the window of the room and from the bathroom, you can admire the vineyards of the farm Querciavalle.
The Room "Camera Bianco-nera"
The room "Camera Bianco-nera" is the largest of the three rooms. It's well lit thanks to a window and a french window that opening onto to a wide terrace, from which, comfortably seated, you can enjoy the sunset, the view of Siena and the countryside. The bathroom is new.
